Pre-installed on some devices, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive can speed up your workflow and efficiency.

The new products featuring Xerox ConnectKey Technology feature “four-point” approach to security, and according to Xerox, “ensures comprehensive, all-encompassing protection for all system components and points of vulnerability.” For one, ConnectKey security prevents malicious attacks, malware, all access points are protected. McAfee Whitelisting technology monitors and prevents any malicious malware. Xerox also protects any stored information, and doesn’t release any documents until the right user is at the device and scanned information is protected from unauthorized users.
